About Ronel Raguing
Ronel Raguing was a farmer and civilian in Negros Oriental. Witnesses said that he and another farmer were seized by soldiers and brought to a wooded area in February 2009, and not seen since. Their bodies were found more than a month later, their hands tied behind their backs.
